2. Data, purposes, legal bases and retention

• Orders and fulfilment: name, contact, billing and delivery details, order and transaction data — performance of the contract; retained for the statutory accounting and limitation periods, generally 8 years for accounting records.
• Customer service and complaints: communications, order details and evidence — contract performance, legal obligation and legitimate interest; consumer complaints are retained for the legally required period.
• Newsletter: email address and consent record — consent; until withdrawal or earlier deletion.
• Fraud prevention and IT security: device, log, IP and transaction signals — legitimate interest and legal obligations; only as long as necessary for security and claims.
• Analytics and advertising: online identifiers, cookie data, viewed pages and interactions — consent in the EEA/UK where required; until consent is withdrawn or the provider’s configured retention period expires.

3. Recipients and processors

Data may be shared only as necessary with Shopify (store, checkout and order operation), Vercel (website hosting), payment providers shown at checkout, GLS, Foxpost, MPL or another selected carrier, accounting and professional advisers, email/newsletter providers, Google Analytics and Meta advertising services where consent is given, and public authorities where required by law.

• Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Transfers use an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard where required.
• Shopify may also process certain shopper data as an independent controller under its own privacy terms.

4. Your rights

Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. 5. Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary technologies operate the cart, checkout, security, language/currency choices and saved consent. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are activated only after the required consent. You can reject them without losing core shopping functions and reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time.
